To rent an outfit from Shaani's Desi Wardrobe, the first step is to book an appointment via Instagram. During your private appointment in our Gravesend site, you'll have the opportunity to try on various styles. You can reserve the outfit there and then for your required dates, or contact us afterwards to confirm your booking.
How do customers pick up their rented outfits and how do they return them when they're done?
Customers have the convenience of either picking up their rented outfit directly from our Gravesend site or opting for a delivery service. The return process is equally flexible; outfits can be dropped off at the site or you can post (with tracking). It's crucial that all outfits are returned within the agreed timings specified at the time of booking to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
What is the rental period?
Our standard rental period for our exquisite Indian outfits is 5 days, giving you ample time to enjoy your chosen attire for your special occasion without rush.
